Panopto Video Retention Policy
Effective as of March, 2024, the FRC has enacted a retention policy for videos created with or uploaded to Panopto. The following describes the process by which videos are selected for removal.
- Videos not viewed for two years will be archived; however, archived videos may be restored.
- Archived videos that have not been viewed in the past four years will be automatically and permanently deleted.
